Returns + Exchanges
RETURNS
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, customers may submit a withdrawal request through their customer account or contact us by email.
Customers must notify us of their intention to return their order within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items should then be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
We do not offer free returns or pre-paid labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You may receive a refund or store credit of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition.

If inspection shows that the items have been worn or altered beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and characteristics, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the items back to the customer.
- After we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, so we recommend keeping your tracking number as proof of shipment.

Always send your invoice and order number with the return. Make sure that the jewelry is packed in our boxes. If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.

If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our portuguese address. Please note that we are not responsible for refused items that may get lost in the return. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the costs are bigger than the cost of merchandise your order will be abandoned.

If you received a free item with your order please note that the promotion applies on purchases above a certain threshold. If you'd like to send items back, making the purchase amount fall below the free item's amount will be discounted from your refund.

Buy 3, Get 2: If you received free items as part of our Buy 3, Get 2 offer, please note that this promotion applies based on the number of items purchased. If you return the free item, no refund will be issued. If you return one of the other items, you will be refunded the amount for that product, less the value of the free product at the time you purchased it. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers. The items with the lowest price will be offered as the free items.
- Custom products cannot be returned.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return.

EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges. If you want to make an exchange you need to return the item and make a new order.
CANCELING ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. You can request a cancellation through your customer account or by contacting us by email. Once the order has been shipped, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.
REFUSING ORDER
We'll be able to refund it once we receive the returned package, shipping costs will be deducted.
