We gladly accept returns, but please note that your returned items must arrive at our office within 14 days of receipt.
We do not offer free returns or pre-paid labels. Custom products cannot be returned
You may receive a refund or store credit of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition.
If our tests prove that the items were already worn or altered (except for fitting purposes), we will not accept it back. The items will be sent again to the customer, with no special warning.
We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or at customs, so please collect your tracking information for good measure.
Always send your invoice and order number with the return. Make sure that the jewelry is packed in our boxes. If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our portuguese address. Please note that we are not responsible for refused items that may get lost in the return. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the costs are bigger than the cost of merchandise your order will be abandoned.
After we receive the items, allow 5-10 days for the refund of the piece’s value, without shipping cost.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Follow the same procedure for the returns but fulfill the exchange field.
You may cancel any order, provided it has not yet been shipped. Just send us an email and the cancellation will be free of charge.
