Standard shipping is made every tuesday and friday (except on holidays that we send on the next working day).
Standard delivery is made by CTT Portugal, when an international order is placed and Standard Delivery is selected as your shipping option, please note once the parcel leaves Portugal it is then transferred to your government postal service. You’ll receive a tracking code as soon as you receive your shipping confirmation email. You may track it using CTT website or your local post office website.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. Please email us immediately if you had entered incorrect information, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
Express shipping is made by FEDEX and will be processed the following 1-2 working days of the order’s placement.

The safest way to ensure you are getting your package safely during this time is to select Express Shipping. All other services are operational at this stage, subject to delays. As air freight is used to deliver your packages worldwide, the reduction of passenger flights due to health and safety mean that your package may be delayed due to stringent customs & disrupted postal networks around the world.
Please note that in case that if, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel or isn't available for receiving the parcel/doesn't pick up the parcel as requested by the courrier, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the pieces that are to be refunded.
We use FedEx for International Shipping. We strongly advise to use an address where there is someome for reception during the day, as we can't schedule a time for delivery of the parcel. If you don't have someone at home during working hours on Week days, we strongly advise to provide us with an alternative address.
For International Shipping, FedEx will make 2 to 3 attempts of delivery to the address provided on your order. If the order can't be received in the first attempt, please contact FedEx to re-schedule delivery at your convenience.
If the parcel is not delivered to the address provided in the order confirmation because there is no one to receive it, Hey You Jewelry cannot be held responsible. You will get a refund for your order once the parcel is returned to our offices.
Hey You Jewelry will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Hey You Jewelry. Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.
Please note that if you select Express Shipping and your Zipcode belongs to a out-of-delivery area we will contact you to either use standard delivery or cancel the order.
Customs, import charges or taxes
We are based in Portugal, so please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries from Europe.
