Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Welcome! We are always excited to find retailers who are as passionate about handmade jewelry as we are!
Please note that at Hey You Jewelry we almost never have discounts because we want every customer to feel important and we always make sure our products have the best quality.
Also, we don’t need to clear stock, because every piece is made to order, that way we have a more sustainable business with zero waste, making a small, but meaningful, impact on our beloved home.
1. Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value is 100,00€, plus shipping. The orders must be paid in full with credit card or PayPal. Should there be additional shipping charges for any reason, we will send a digital invoice for the additional charges that must be paid before shipment.
Please note that all prices are listed in EURO. All authorized retailers will receive 25% off promo code, plus the cost of shipping (FedEx).
2. Retail Price
The recommended retail price of our products (the “RRP”) is the minimum price for which you are permitted to sell our products without our express prior permission in writing. You may sell our products for a price in excess of the RRP, but you are not permitted in any circumstances to sell any products for less than the RRP without our express prior written permission.
3. Fabrication & Lead Time
Each item that leaves Hey You Jewelry is handmade right after each order. Once your order is received it will be reviewed and you will be contacted to confirm the details and be given an estimated ship date. We do everything we can to provide you with an accurate estimate. The maximum lead time for wholesale orders is 1 week. Orders placed during busy seasons are likely to have longer lead times. We may also, at times, have items in stock that can ship very quickly or we may be able to rush your order if the production schedule allows.
4. Return and Exchange Policies
Your wholesale order is made for your boutique once it is ordered, therefore it may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted below.
After we receive the items, allow 1-7 business days for the refund of the piece’s value, without shipping cost.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Note that this says, "within five days of receipt" NOT "within five days of opening". This means that if you receive your order, but do not open it for six days and it is damaged, you will not be able to return it. Please keep all packaging, including packaging materials, even if damaged, while we process your return. Returned merchandise will be repaired or replaced with new merchandise if unable to be repaired. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt or if returned without contacting us to report damage or defects as outlined above. Retailer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Wholesale orders are only sent via Express Shipping (FedEx).
7. Customs, import charges or taxes
We are based in Portugal, so please note that the retailer is responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries from Europe.
8. Special Orders
Special orders and custom combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
9. Ordering Process
Once your wholesale account is approved, we will send you the wholesale sheet to fill, in order for us to check if we have the quantities available. After that you will receive your promo code.
You can order through our general shop using the promo code to place your order. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges.
By completing an order and receiving the confirmation email from Hey You Jewelry, you hereby state that you have read, understand, and comply fully with the listed terms & conditions by Hey You Jewelry. You agree to comply fully with Hey You Jewelry terms & conditions for the entire duration that you carry & sell Hey You Jewelry products.
All orders come with Hey You Jewelry packaging. In case you aren’t going to have the same prices as we have on our website, you are not allowed to use our brand, so packaging won’t be provided.
11. Handmade Variability
Due to the handmade nature of our fabrication process and the natural materials we use in our designs, no two items will ever be exactly the same. The items shown in our website are a close representation of the finished items you will receive.
Approval is required to become an Hey You Jewelry retailer. This allows us to evaluate many factors that go into determining exclusivity and proximity. While we are sensitive to and try to be aware of each retailer's territory, we can not guarantee exclusivity.
Retailers are not permitted to display and/or sell our designs, whether on their premises or elsewhere, without the packaging/labeling provided unless it is previously accorded with us.
It is illegal to provide misleading, false or fraudulent information to establish a wholesale relationship and receive discounted prices for anything other than resale purposes.
If you are interested in carrying Hey You Jewelry in your boutique, please sign up for a wholesale account. We will process your request as quickly as possible. Once approved, we will send you the wholesale sheet to fill, in order for us to check if we have the quantities available. After that you will receive your promo code.
